I hate Walmart. Always crowded, always loud, long lines to cash out, screaming kids EVERY TIME I go there, limited selections, aisles packed too tightly together, and completely inundated with less than savory people. However, it's the only place in town to go if you want more than just groceries without having to stop at multiple stores.
Though they have two bathrooms located conveniently in the front and back of store, it feels like they stretch their resources too thin and neither is usually in excellent condition. Suitable for using, but lacks any sense of comfort or quality.
While it was nice to go to a different Walmart, this trip was different. Usually I don't mind the staff and it is usually pretty clean and organized but going there this time, I lost a lot of respect for the staff. I get redoing the electronics area, but customer service should be a priority and having 5 workers within the area not help a customer because it was inconvenient to you, is just plain disrespectful. After the little game of who would give in to help this customer first, the CSM was getting nasty to the older gentlemen who asked for her assistance putting time on his phone, and to the other older gentleman who didn't have a full understanding of the credit card machine. One other worker was too busy browsing her phone and computer to help a woman and looked way to unconvinced by it. The one older gentleman that was working in the area and one if the younger ones were more willing to help. After not getting assistance after 10 mins, I left. I would gladly avoid this location again due to this situation.
I've recently been told by an employee to just not wash my hands in the lady's bathroom because of the super hot water ! This water is so so HOT! CAUTION . They need to also take more effort in hiring ,my cashier had all of here drawer money in a pile hiding under her cellphone instead of giving it to the money drop Employee.
Normal Walmart. Low on helpful employees though. Clean and quick.
