I have mixed feelings on this particular store. I've tried to use coupons there a couple times and they have not honored them. They claim that the item I wanted was on the excluded list although I had searched the excluded list prior to purchasing the item. Other times it's a great experience and I love the Kohl's cash

Batavia's Kohl has a great variety of merchandise. The staff is always friendly and willing to help as needed. Never leave disappointed.
Upon returning an item because I didn't understand why I wasn't getting back the full price of what I paid they thought it was funny & were busy snickering in the background which is very unprofessional and belittling and talking down to me in the meantime. Won't be shopping kohls
It's a clean new store. I really didn't think the prices were much if a savings but my daughter loves to shop there.
