I can't say enough about Batavia Family Dental. I have a hard time going to the dentist but the staff is always so kind, which always helps ease my anxiety. Dr. Steve is very thorough and won't rest until your dental problems are taken care of. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. I will never love going to the dentist but I would (and do) highly recommend Batavia Family Dental.
Due to a high fever when my adult teeth were coming in my two front teeth were very pitted, not pleasant to view at all! Previous insurance allowed me to have a veneer applied but after 20 years it chipped. My current insurance would not cover veneer, however I could get a root canal at a savings of 400+$. Dr. Joyce and Dr. Steve were both involved in the process of taking impressions and ordering my custom color new tooth, which turned out perfect!! I was concerned with the whole process, especially since it was my front tooth, but the whole thing was painless and the color matches the surrounding teeth perfect, I could not ask for a better job, and would highly recommend Batavia Family Dental!
Love Batavia Family Dental, professional friendly staff. Chris has been our hygienist before Batavia Family Dental was started. Dr. STEVE is always a pleasure.
I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but Chris at Batavia Family Dental changed that. She is a wonderful hygienist who always has a welcoming smile. She recognized that a lot of discomfort I have is from grinding my teeth at night and recommended I get a night guard. It has made a world of a difference! Thank you Chris and Dr. Steve for always providing thorough care!
Me and my kids have enjoyed going to this office for years. They are great with young kids, friendly, and have many appointment times available to work around our schedule. During our "dental emergencies" they were able fit us into their schedules to be seen that day. Very highly recommended.
