Their customer service is lacking in the Grooming department. After many failed attempts to come in for a "walk in" (nail trimming) service we have decided to go elsewhere. I do however recommend the training classes. They have great patient teachers.

I love this store! Great products and selections and a friendly, helpful staff. My dog loves the bulk cookie bar! I also love that they have shelter cats for adoption.
Great place to get items for kitties and doggies alike. Had very little issues with our furry friends that we have gotten here in the past. Even once adopted a feline from here. Friendly staff as always.
