Customer service here is really bad, if you can't make appointments after 4 on the weekdays and after 1 on the weekends. That is just said, what are you a bank. Some people have work and have school that they must attend to. If you don't have the employees willing to work, hire new ones. Never going back again!!! This used to be what my daughter and I did for each other since her birthday is right around mothers day. We still will do this just not with them.

facial - OK, eyebrows - OK, hair cut/style - TERRIBLE. didn't follow directions asked for 1/4" to 1/2" trim took off 2" inches and I have short hair. Left mess in back went back to have it corrected and was charged.
