I have not had a call back since I spoke with the officer, as well informed this individual work's at the immigration facility in Genesse County and reside's in Orleans County,. My question now, is there a police report as required, unfortunately finding in the past with this county there were No reports on file, I asked the officer if there will be a report on file and he responded- yes. Is there, and will a copy be mailed and/or should I pick this report to confirm for my records up at the State Police Department.
I have had prior protection orders of this same individual - past records, I requested a verbal warning ONLY as for now my decision of the matter rather than court proceedings with restraining order, with which advised the officer regarding my choice with not to pursue a protection order when officer had called me to take my information, and all following information of individual and involvement of stalking harassment with tenant's, residency.

This will confirm my call to the Genesee County Sherriff's Department on April 2, 2016, this complaint of my request regarding warning to harassing individual was transferred over to the State Police located in Batavia, whom with which made the report on file of the reoccurring harassing act's involving the given information of individual, and related residency involvement .
