Mark's pizzeria is probably one of the most expensive pizza places in town. It's also not worth the price. I've been to other Mark's pizzerias and they had way better food and service.
Got a spinach and chicken calzone and picked the chicken out of it because you can tell that it's from a can, nasty. The grease soaked through the box of my pizza. Their delivery charge is $4 that's insane. It cost $17 for a single calzone to be delivered. Service is good though, not their fault. All falls on the owner.
Horrible horrible period!!! Besides the fact I ordered the pizza at five went in at 5:25 which is when they told me to come in they didn't even put it in the oven yet their excuse was they didn't want to burn it. but today the worse ever!!!!!!!!! Maybe if it goes under NEW management I'll TRY it otherwise no more �. PS... we had 1 slice each and threw the rest away except for two slices which I told them I would put it in the oven try to fix it but he couldn't even eat one slice he said it was still horrible ...RAW RAW!! And I was told that if I want it lightly baked I have to specify that on the phone which I did, and like I said when I got there half hour after ordering it was still sitting there ready to go in the oven so I had to wait another 20 minutes but surprisingly he gave it to me not even 10 minutes later.
FIRST REVIEW: Used to be the best but lately it's gone down hill, from burnt pizza (not just once) rude on the phone
Ok, since I last review I decide to give them a second chance which was two weeks ago and it was excellent, AND we decided to go back again last week.....
Hands down, the worst pizza in Batavia if not all of WNY. Greasy and just plain nasty. I am disappointed I had to leave one star to write a review.
