Great location for US shopping right off the I90 right before a bunch of stores not located in Canada. Rooms were nice Continental breakfast was better than most locations.
Best part was the easy on and off the freeway. Very convenient.
I was extremely pleased with this hotel, especially after reading a bad review elsewhere. My room was clean and neat, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. It was as good or better than any hotel breakfast I have ever had, even at very expensive hotels.
The Inn was just ok. Check in person was not as friendly as most of the other Best Western hotels that we have used. Nothing bad, just not as professional. Rooms and breakfast were fine.
Very nice experience during our one night stay recently. Was quiet and beds were comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel itself seemed well maintained. The pool and especially the hot tub/spa were great and seemed very clean. Spa was large so not crowded at all. You could relax in it with either the jets on or off. Staff was average. Not overly friendly but professional. Free breakfast was good. Large variety of breads with a toaster there. Egg and sausage patties were also available to make breakfast sandwiches with. Sausage was VERY thin but tasty. They had a waffle maker and fresh fruit also. Free coffee/tea were available 24/7 in the breakfast area. There was no "Do not disturb" card available to hang on door which made me a little uncomfortable taking a nap. I was afraid I would not hear housekeeping and they would walk in while I was sleeping. Other than that I felt safe and secure in the hotel (and it helps that the Sheriff Department is located just down the road!) Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again if the need arises in the future. :-)
I did have a broken chair, but I can;t complain, because I did not report it and they did not have an opportunity to replace it.
Also, there was one dirty window on the outer door by the exercise room--which was very dirty, but everything else was very clean--I am guessing a bunch of kids were messing with the door after it had been cleaned.
Our 1st vacation in 2 years. My husband worked for Hilton for 17 years,and they lost our loyalty. Decided to start fresh,and after researching,we chose this Best Western. Very happy with our entire stay. Room was very spacious and clean. Front desk,Sandra,was very friendly and helped book our next stay..,and the free breakfast was AWESOME.
compared to other hotels I have stayed at on a long coast-to-coast drive. this was one of the best.
