Great experience. They did a great job very nice and professional staff. I had a remote starter installed in my truck last Friday. I was very happy with the service that I bought another remote starter for my girlfriend 's truck yesterday.
I recently purchased services through Ziebart in Batavia, and am extremely happy with the service and workmanship. Joe was outstanding, he was a pleasure to work with. Nadine was great as well, very friendly and outgoing. They were still working with customers well after closing time on a Friday evening and it didn't phase them at all. Great experience! Every question I had was answered and explained thoroughly. Everyone working here was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had the undercoat, rust proofing, and ceramic z-gloss all done. Would highly recommend the ceramic z-gloss, it made my brand new vehicle look 10 times better!!!

Had the CERAMIC Z GLOSS paint protection applied to my 2009 Malibu. It looks brand new! The shine is gorgeous! I've been a customer since 2015. When you are looking to get your vehicle protected and ready for another NY winter, go see Joe Martin and the wonderful staff at Ziebart. I visited yesterday with my sister who was getting her warranty reinstated. Not only did they do that they also put together a package for her. Re-inspect the truck, treat any areas of concern, re-undercoat, detail the entire vehicle, inside and out AND spray the bed with new "Rhino Liner" ( the plastic liner she had was causing the bed to rust). All this at a price I was not sure to believe. But it was true! Fair and honest all the way around.
