This was the first car I purchased. Brian was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Before I took it for a test drive he made me aware there was an issue with the brakes, but it would be fixed before I purchased the vehicle. The day I picked it up, everything was exactly as he promised. Being my first experience buying a car, he made it very easy. He explained all the paperwork as I was signing it and made me feel comfortable with what I was signing. He even set up the financing for me, which was a big relief. Overall, an excellent buying experience.
