The bank of Castile's systems and abilities to do normal customer service transactions ( normal with a large bank or bank of national stature) are greatly impeded by their less than, sub-par technologies. Their app is a joke, it breaks everytime you use it and the major update they just went through, and I still cannot order a debit card over the phone. They are very behind todays banking technology and that only leaves people fustrated as their bank can't keep up. Unsatisfied, not worth it if you're looking for a new bank, keep looking.
